Privacy Policy
Effective: March 22, 2026 · Last updated: March 22, 2026
1. Who We Are
Technology Revelations, Inc., doing business as TechRev and Spencer Pruitt — AI & Technology, is a veteran-founded, Florida-based AI-augmented software platform company. Throughout this Privacy Policy, "TechRev," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Technology Revelations, Inc. and its DBAs.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the TechRev marketing website located at techrev.com (the "Site"). It describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit the Site, submit a contact form, schedule a consultation, or otherwise interact with us through the Site.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to TechRev's SaaS platform products, client portals, or applications built and operated for our clients. Those services are governed by separate agreements and privacy terms provided at the time of engagement.
3. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide Directly
When you submit a contact form, request a consultation, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site, we may collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Company name
- Phone number (if provided)
- Message content and any other information you voluntarily include
B. SMS / Text-Messaging Consent
Our contact form includes an optional SMS opt-in. If you consent to receive text messages, we will collect your mobile phone number and use it solely to send the communications you consented to receive (e.g., appointment confirmations, brief follow-ups). Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@techrev.com. We do not share, sell, or use mobile opt-in data for any purpose other than the communication you agreed to.
C. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information through analytics tools and server logs, including:
| Data Type | Examples |
|---|---|
| Device & Browser Data | Browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, device type |
| Network Data | IP address, approximate geographic location (country/region level) |
| Usage Data | Pages viewed, time on page, navigation paths, referring URL, date and time of visit |
How We Collect Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) loaded via Cloudflare Zaraz, a server-side tag management system. This means analytics scripts are executed on the server rather than in your browser, which reduces the performance impact on your experience and limits the use of client-side cookies.
C. Information from Third Parties
We do not currently purchase personal data from data brokers or third-party enrichment services for use in connection with the Site.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries — When you submit a contact form or schedule a consultation, we use your information to follow up and provide the information you requested.
- To improve the Site — We analyze aggregated usage data to understand how visitors interact with the Site, identify technical issues, and improve content and navigation.
- To send communications — If you provide your contact information, we may send you information about TechRev services, events, or updates that may be relevant to you. You may opt out at any time.
- To serve relevant advertising — We use tracking technologies to deliver targeted advertisements on third-party platforms to visitors who have previously interacted with the Site (see Section 6).
- To maintain security — We use technical data to detect and prevent unauthorized access, abuse, or other security threats.
- To comply with legal obligations — We may process your information as required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
6. Advertising & Retargeting
We use third-party advertising platforms to serve targeted advertisements to individuals who have visited the Site. This is commonly referred to as "retargeting" or "remarketing." The advertising platforms we currently use or may use include:
- Google Ads — remarketing pixels and conversion tracking via the Google Ads network
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — the Meta Pixel for retargeting and conversion events
- LinkedIn — the LinkedIn Insight Tag for audience targeting and conversion tracking
These platforms use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activity on the Site and across other websites. This information is used to display ads that may be relevant to your interests. We may add or change advertising platforms in the future.
Opting Out of Interest-Based Advertising
You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the following mechanisms:
- Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) Opt-Out
- Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) Opt-Out
- Google Ads Settings
- Meta Ad Preferences
- LinkedIn Ad Preferences
Please note that opting out does not prevent you from seeing ads — it prevents the ads from being personalized based on your browsing activity.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Contact form submissions and related correspondence are retained for up to 36 months from the date of your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics' data retention settings, which we have configured to a maximum of 14 months.
9. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews. Our Site is hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network, which provides additional DDoS protection, WAF filtering, and TLS encryption at the network layer. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Deletion — Request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Opt-out of marketing — Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or contacting us directly.
- Opt-out of targeted advertising — Use the mechanisms described in Section 6 to opt out of interest-based advertising.
- Withdraw consent — Where we rely on your consent to process personal information, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@techrev.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
11. State-Specific Privacy Rights
Technology Revelations, Inc. is operated from Florida, and this Site is intended for a United States business audience. It is not specifically directed at the residents of any particular state. The state-specific rights described below are provided for residents of states whose laws grant them, and we honor applicable opt-out requests regardless of where you reside.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). These include the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, certain uses of advertising cookies and pixels described in Section 6 may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. To opt out of this sharing, please use the advertising opt-out links in Section 6, the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer, or contact us.
We honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser, and analytics and similar technologies are not enabled for that visit.
Categories of Personal Information We Collect
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, email address, phone number, IP address |
| Professional or employment-related information | Company name |
| Internet or other electronic network activity | Pages viewed, navigation paths, referring URL |
| Geolocation data | Approximate location (country / region level) |
We collect these categories for the business purposes described in Section 4. We do not sell personal information. We may "share" internet-activity information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in Section 6, and you may opt out as described above. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger the right to limit under the CPRA.
You may submit a request through an authorized agent. We may require the agent to provide proof of authority to act on your behalf and may require you to verify your own identity directly with us.
Florida and Other U.S. States
Technology Revelations, Inc. is based in Florida and complies with applicable Florida privacy law. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain processing of their personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us at info@techrev.com. If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal that decision by contacting us at info@techrev.com. We will respond to your appeal within the time period required by your state law.
12. International Visitors
The Site is operated from the United States and is intended primarily for visitors located in the United States. We do not specifically target or direct the Site to individuals in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other non-U.S. jurisdictions.
If you are visiting the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, then where required we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement — for transfers of your personal data to the United States. You may contact us at info@techrev.com to request more information about these safeguards, to exercise your rights, or to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.
13. Children's Privacy
The Site is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@techrev.com.
14. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to websites, services, or applications operated by third parties. This Privacy Policy applies only to the TechRev Site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
